CGA Meeting Agendas and Minutes
Any CGA member may attend any Board of Directors, Rules & Judges, Riders or General meeting. Local district delegates should plan to attend all meetings. Agenda items must be submitted to State Office at least 30 days before a meeting. Use the Agenda Request Form (fillable PDF) to submit your agenda items. Absentee ballots must be requested from State Office at least 45 days in advance of an election. Members must be at least 12 years old to vote. Want to view rule changes?
