Convention 2025 will be held at the beautiful Wyndham Hotel located at 9000 W Airport Drive in Visalia, CA 93277, on November 15^th and 16^th, 2025. There will be various meetings held Saturday starting at 9:00 a.m. and voting closes at 2:00 p.m.

The Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday November 15^th  beginning at 5:30 pm. To have seating at the banquet, your meal reservations must be postmarked by November 1 , 2025. You may pick up your awards without a dinner reservation, but there will be no admittance into the banquet hall without a dinner reservation.
