• 10:00 am Voting opens
• 12:00 pm Lunch (No Host)
• 1:00 pm Meetings Continued if necessary
• 2:00 pm Voting Closes
• 4:00 pm Check-in Closes
• 5:00 pm Seating for Awards Presentation
• 5:30 pm Announcement of Election Results.
• 6:30pm Dinner Buffet – Awards Presentations and Speeches
• Dance immediately to follow dinner and awards presentation

Sunday – November 17th, 2024

• 9:00 am First 2024-2025 CGA Board of Directors Meeting (All District Representatives are requested to attend)
